Although Sauer has no choice on who grabs her off waivers, she is entitled to take all her shit and get the fuck out.
 
When contacted by Faux-Newz, Richardson's spokesman Mark Sanders said: "The waiver procedure is a confidential procedure, and we're prohibited from commenting on it. We're not permitted to say why Ms. Sauer was placed on waivers."
 
A phone message left by the Faux-Newz for Sauer's agent, Stacy Fair, was not immediately returned.
 
Under the waivers, which exist for a 48-hour period that expires Tuesday at 1 p.m. ET, Richardson would not be able to counter a claim by another male caller, thus losing Sauer. In that case, Richardson would also not be responsible for remaining items & bills Sauer would leave behind.
 
Even if another guy does not claim Sauer off of waivers, Richardson has essentially sent out the signal that he is willing to deal Sauer, which could lead to future trade talks.
 
If no one claims Sauer by the deadline Thursday, she will most likely remain with Richardson for the time being.
 
When asked why he put Sauer on waivers and didn't just break up with her. Richardson said, "The bitch just doesn't get the picture, I've tried to break up with her nicely and she just won't leave. I've cheated on her by sleeping with her mom, killed her iguana and moved her things out on the lawn. She just doesn't get it. Somehow she always weasels her way back in. Maybe this will work. Who knows?"
 
Sauer was unavailable for comment.
