NEW
YORK, NY - Take a good
look at the well-dressed man in this
photo. He no longer exists in that form!
Rush Limbaugh, conservative talk show
host and celebrity beloved by millions
of fans known as ditto heads, has gone
through an abrupt and some might say
shocking transformation in his image
- a complete transformation of his public
persona. We were the first to interview
the changed Rush after his recent two
week stay at the Change-Your-Life addiction
center.
Impeccable grooming, dapper and expensive
tailored business suits and highly polished
shoes have long been the Limbaugh trademarks.
But the man who has been well known
for his $2,000 Armani suits $1200 Gucci
shoes and $200 Hermes silk ties has
showed up for his interview in a tie-dyed
shirt, jeans and (gasp!) bare feet.
His hundred dollar haircuts have gone
the way of his suits. His hair is now
long and dirty, and he rarely shaves.
"I had a change of heart, man!"
said the King of Conservative Talk.
"I realized that I couldn't go
on like this, caring about material
possessions. That first day at the clinic,
I wore a $2500 pinstriped suit and a
silk tie and wingtips to the meeting.
I thought I was better than everybody!
Well, a man who had been on drugs his
whole life and lived on the street grabbed
me by the tie and said: 'Rush, baby,
you are trapped by THINGS, baby! I'm
gonna help ya get FREE, man! Now gimme
them fancy shoes and socks before I
pull 'em off ya! Then we'll go for the
suit!"
So that was how it started?
"On, yeah!" Rush continued,
his eyes calm and peaceful and filled
with love. "His name is Li'l Scum.
He's the type I would have made fun
of in the past. How wrong I was! I mean,
I was just too arrogant before! I have
to say I put up a fight that day! But
he won, and havin' a homeless addict
sitting across from me wearing my suit
and shoes really changed me. My eyes
were opened! Ya know what I mean!"
And now?
"Well, I'm thinking of helping
Hillary run for the White House in 2008..It’s
never too early to start. Peace, man!"
